Jasmin is a growth evangelist – he delivers impact to clients through his diverse experience from the rapid expansion in his biotech role with Gen-Probe and Chugai in San Diego, building a new business model for Novartis in India, and providing Fidelity's growth capital to Asian entrepreneurs. He brings strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving from his McKinsey tenure, together with the strategic planning and M&A execution he focused on at Novartis Pharma AG.

Over the past 3 years, Jasmin has worked tirelessly to establish a-connect in the US as a pioneer of the networked consulting model at all major pharma and biotech companies, across the Life Sciences value chain. He also selectively serves Financial Services, and Private Equity clients.

Jasmin remains a venture investor/advisor and social impact enthusiast across the US and India by melding his personal training as a medicinal chemist (Duquesne University), drug discovery & development scientist (Scripps Clinic) and strategic business thinker (Wharton).
