Hanne emerged as a problem solver in her early age. Her analytical mind and keen desire to fix issues served her well as a financial analyst with Procter & Gamble. Later, as a partner with McKinsey, her clients and colleagues primarily appreciated her emotional intelligence and thoughtfulness. In fact, Hanne has never lost a client. Today, at a-connect and as a non-executive director and audit committee chair or member of a few publicly listed companies, she relentlessly focuses on impact by balancing the analytical with the emotional.
