Your role will be to define and target key accounts and develop appropriate strategies to build the business. You will drive client relationship-building and project acquisition with senior managers and key executives on new accounts, by leveraging own networks and experiences.
Together with clients, you will scope projects and provide guidance to independent professionals to ensure tangible results and high quality standards, especially in complex projects with larger teams composed of independent professionals.
As a talent service partner, you will work with best-in-class professionals who are experts in their fields and are shaping the way companies employ expertise to execute their most important projects. You will build the infrastructure of a-connect's unique talent pool.
Your role will be to develop strategies to cultivate our pool of independent professionals. You will define recruiting strategies based on market conditions and projected client demands. You will foster the exceptional quality of our pool by conducting initial interviews and regular assessments with independent professionals.
Working hand-in-hand with client service partners, you will also build the a-connect brand by advancing communications and relationships in our network.
