a-connect: partnering with you to produce extraordinary results

At a-connect, we know that our strongest asset is you. We pride ourselves in selecting only Independent Professionals at the forefront of their fields to be part of our network. If you are an IP with demonstrated success in your field, we would love to hear from you.

• each a-connect candidate must pass an online screening process. The first step is to upload your resumé and answer a couple of questions about your value proposition and how you deliver impact on projects. To take this step, please go to the log-in area or click here. This step usually takes 5 to 10 minutes.
• each candidate who has passed the online screening process will be contacted for the first of two face-to-face interviews. At this stage, we will also ask you to complete an online profile, in which we ask you to provide relevant information about your education, professional experience and goals. All candidates will go through two interviews, the results of which are reviewed by the a-connect team.

if you are accepted:

• you will have access to projects around the world. All of our Talent Partners worldwide will have access to your resumé and professional background. Please help us match you with relevant projects by regularly updating your information.
• each project is unique. When you are selected for and agree to a project, we agree upon a daily rate, and create a contract that applies only to that specific engagement.
• you are in charge. When a-connect presents an opportunity that fits your skill set and background, you maintain complete discretion on whether or not to accept the assignment.

what you should know:

• a-connect does not charge our IPs any fees. Once you have been selected to become a part of the a-connect talent pool, there is no cost for your involvement.
• a-connect does not create exclusive relationships with our IPs. We encourage you to foster your own networks of clients and contacts. Most a-connect IPs count on us for approximately 20–30% of their yearly project load.
• the more we know about you, the better. If your preferences or availability changes, please let us know!
