call a-connect if:

• you need an experienced Independent Professional (IP) with a specific skill set to round out a project team. We have a track record of finding the IP with exactly the right combination of experience and knowledge to complete your team and get the job done.
• you need a cohesive team to execute a defined project. We can deliver a whole team of qualified IPs for a short-term project.
• you need a project staffing position filled quickly, for a short time. We specialize in short-term placements of IPs and project teams.
• you want access to a pool of talent that spans the globe. Can´t find the talent you´re looking for to execute a critical project? Give us a call - we´ve got IPs around the world.

you might NOT want to use a-connect if:

• you want to fill a permanent position. Our IPs are independent by choice, and are not looking for permanent jobs.
• you are looking for an interim manager. Though we do fill management-level positions on a short-term basis, we don´t call ourselves specialists in interim management. Please give us a call if the position involves specific deliverables that can be clearly identified.
• you have a complex strategy project that requires an integrated external team. If you need a cohesive team that can tackle politically sensitive strategy questions, we suggest that you use a traditional consulting firm. We will gladly offer recommendations on firms that might be a good fit for your situation.
