Before a project commences, a-connect’s Talent Partners will work with you to scope out the parameters and expectations of the assignment. Most of our Talent Partners have worked for top-tier management consultancies, and have significant experience scoping projects. They gather information on many points, including:

  • culture
  • approach
  • deliverables
  • timeline & milestones
  • project organization & logistics

This is a critical part of the process, because it ensures that expectations are set correctly at the outset of every project, both for you and the IPs involved.

 

IP selection, matching and placement

Once a project is scoped, we search our global pool of top-tier professionals to find the best talent to meet your need. Here is what you can expect:

  • We will present one or more qualified candidates within 48 hours. In the rare case that we cannot find a suitable candidate, we will inform you immediately.
  • We give you the option to interview candidates to get a personal impression and clarify any issues.
  • Once a successful match is made, we draw up contracts and give the IP the go-ahead to begin work.

Each a-connect Talent Partner is intimately acquainted with our pool of IPs, and has in-depth knowledge of their capabilities. Talent Partners have access to all internal assessments and previous client feedback on each IP we work with, allowing them to accurately judge the suitability of each candidate for every potential project.

 

project management and quality control

Our Talent Partners provide quality control for every project we staff. We are always available via phone and e-mail, and utilize the following procedures on each project:

  • regular check-ins with you and the IPs
  • frequent review of deliverables
  • ongoing support to keep projects on track, or to get projects back on track, should something unforeseen happen

We are also able to provide project management in some cases; each of our Talent Partners has extensive project management experience and can provide back-up project management when needed.
