talent partner (post-MBA)

The responsibility of the Talent Partner / Business Developer is to build client relationships, recruit Independent Professionals (IPs), build a scalable business model and grow a-connect globally.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • drive client relationship building and project acquisition by leveraging own networks, relationships and experiences.
  • manage projects and provide guidance to IPs to ensure tangible results and high quality standards.
  • build and develop an exceptional pool of IPs.
  • play significant role in shaping and developing overall company strategy, processes and systems.

Requirements:

Successful candidates will have a university degree and/or MBA and a proven track record at top-tier consulting firm. A self starter and a team player who is entrepreneurial and impact oriented with the enthusiasm to build a business. We are also looking for candidates who have passion for people and the ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships and to work effectively in diverse environments and with decision makers. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

talent manager

the responsibility of the Talent Manager / Staffing Coordinator is to lead and manage the staffing and recruiting processes. Key responsibilities will include:

Recruiting: Collecting resumes from online applications, screening them and putting together for review by Talent Partner. Setting up and coordinating interview days

Managing Database of IPs: Maintaining database of IPs including writing master profiles (ie sanitized resumes), checking status of IPs, maintaining contact with IPs, analysis of IP pool

Staffing: search for best match between our client needs and IP profiles, coordinate with IPs, quality control IP information in the systems

Special events: planning and coordinating IP dinners and other social events

Requirements:

  • passion and interest in people as well as excellent people judgement
  • flair for staffing and match-making
  • fluent (oral and written) in English
  • organized, can multi task and set priorities
  • energetic, team player and approachable
  • international background and experience from a consulting firm is a plus
