Didier Sangiorgio – independent board member

Didier has been on our board of directors since 2002. He heads the Information Technology, Intellectual Property and Competition Team of Walder Wyss & Partners, a legal services firm in Switzerland. Didier has significant experience in comprehensive system integration and global outsourcing projects.

Mark Shapiro – independent board member

Mark joined our board of directors in 2006. He is a partner with Blaqwell, a US based consultancy for the legal industry. Prior to Blaqwell Mark was a Director with McKinsey’s New York office. Mark has developed a special interest and expertise in strategy and organization for professional service firms.
