Hanne de Mora and Nils Hagander founded a-connect in 2002 with the vision of creating a network of Independent Professionals (IPs) who could be utilized by leading corporations to help improve performance on projects. The IPs would be at the forefront of their fields, and would bring fresh insight into business problems without incurring the long-term costs associated with a permanent hire. Former partners at McKinsey in Zürich, de Mora and Hagander combined their experience to source best-in-class talent, thus allowing corporations to keep budgets flexible as needs change.

Today, a-connect works with a global pool of more than 950 highly qualified IPs. We serve clients all over the world from our offices in Zürich, Dusseldorf, Boston, San Francisco, Hong Kong, Singapore, London and Milan.
